陈华，四川人，中国玉石雕艺术大师，中国工艺品雕刻工高级技师，国家级艺术品鉴定师，艺术品评估师。中国工艺美术学会玉石雕刻艺术专业委员会常务委员，苏州市工艺美术师，苏州市玉石文化行业协会副会长，相王路玉雕专业委员会会长。
Chen Hua, from Sichuan Province, is served as senior technician of Chinese handiwork sculpture, a world-class art appraiser, a standing committee member of Chinese handiwork society and jade sculpture art professional committee, provincial jade art sculpture master and craft artist of Suzhou, vice President of Jade culture industry association of Suzhou and president of jade sculpture professional committee of Xiangwang road.
1988年在偶然的机会中接触到苏州玉雕。发现自己对玉雕刻有着浓厚的兴趣，1993年的春天正式拜师学艺。行家普遍认为“玉”是细为“贵”，“白”为“平”。但在二十多年的从艺生涯中，凭着自身的条件和努力，加上自己对玉文化的理解，很快掌握苏派玉石雕琢的“空、巧、飘、灵、细”工艺技巧，雕琢每块顽石都能赋予其新的艺术生命。尤其擅长动物、人物件，所出作品构思新颖，内涵丰富、生动活泼、维妙维肖，在传承历史文化的背景下植入现代元素，巧妙地将艺术性和观赏性融为一体，赋予玉石精美的文化内涵与审美情趣。历经多年的磨砺，于2006年创立了“陈华玉雕工作室”，其作品在继承传统基础上又凝聚了现代的创作元素，不断勤学苦练，开拓创新，超越自我，精益求精，并多次受邀参加央视CCTV2的消费主张、一槌定音、第一时间、经济半小时等节目。创作出令人赞叹的玉雕作品，是陈华云石玉雕工作室对玉友最好、最真诚的回馈。
In 1988, I came into contact with the Suzhou jade sculpture accidently and found that I had a keen interest in the jade sculpture. In the spring of 1993, I was served as an apprenticeship officially. It is generally believed by expert that the jade with fine texture would be as a treasure and with white color just be labeled as general ones. However, in my career that is more than 20 years, I mastered the skills for jade sculpture of Su style with features “ethereality”, “ingenios”, “animation”, “fine and smooth” quickly by working word and combining my own my understanding for jade culture, and can endow them with a new artistic life when making jade sculpture. I am especially good at animal and figure carving which are generally with unique design, rich connotation and lively and remarkably true to life, merging the artistic quality and ornamental value together and inheriting modern elements under the background of historical culture to endow the jade with exquisite cultural connotation and aesthetic appeal. After years of efforts, I finally founded the "Chen Hua Jade Carving studio" in 2006, from which the works shall condense the modern creative elements on the basis of the traditions, and I insist the principles of studying hard and constantly blazing new trails, beyond the self. It shall be the most sincere and best feedback of my studio to create impressive jade carving works.
